ROAMPAW started with a full pocket and a free hand that was not free.
Anyone who hikes with a dog knows the routine. Your bottle in one hand. Their bottle somewhere in the pack. A collapsible bowl that never fully dried from last weekend. Treats in a jacket pocket that now smells permanently of liver. A roll of bags that ran out two walks ago without telling you.
None of it is difficult. All of it is friction. And friction is the reason people take shorter walks, skip the longer trail, leave the dog at home for the road trip.
We build outdoor gear for dogs the way good outdoor gear is built for people: considered, durable, quiet in its design, and ruthless about what earns a place in your kit. No cartoon graphics. No novelty. Just equipment that makes taking your dog with you the easy choice.
How we build
Three rules we do not bend.
Fewer, better objects
Every ROAMPAW product has to replace something you already carry. If it only adds to the pile, we do not make it.
Designed for the dog, built for the owner
Dogs do not care about industrial design. Owners do. Our gear has to work one-handed, in the cold, with a leash in the other hand.
Honest about what we know
Specifications get published when they are verified, not when they would be convenient. If testing is still underway, we say so.
